On Martha’s Vineyard, The DAP Project asked one simple but powerful question: What does freedom mean to you? Through portraits and personal reflection, this series explores freedom, identity, legacy, and the many ways we define what it means to truly be free.
For nearly two decades, I’ve documented weddings and meaningful moments throughout Washington, DC, and beyond with a calm presence and an editorial eye. My work is rooted in connection, honest storytelling, and creating imagery that feels timeless, natural, and deeply personal.
I’m drawn to the quiet in between moments just as much as the grand celebrations. The laughter during dinner, the emotion before the ceremony, the way people look at one another when they feel fully present. Whether photographing an intimate gathering or a black-tie wedding, my goal is always the same: to create photographs that feel beautiful, meaningful, and lasting.
